I tried this orthopedic seat cushion for two weeks to see if it would improve my posture while knitting and crocheting.
My 2015 “12 Afghans In 12 Months Challenge” is finished! Let’s revisit the year’s afghan projects.
I have knit some of my Brava Worsted yarn into quarter-circles for my November Afghan.
For November, I am using Knit Picks Brava Worsted Yarn (again).
I had so much fun making this afghan! This design was inspired by the “Trip Around the World” quilt pattern.
This afghan can be made quickly and easily on any Addi Knitting Machine. A great project for beginning Addi users, this afghan does not require any previous knitting experience.
I am using Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn for my September Afghan. (Yes, I know, I have already made two afghans from it this year, but it is one of my favorite yarns!) This will be made on the Addi Express Kingsize Knitting Machine. What do you think of these colors?
I am so excited to show you my May Afghan! This design was inspired by windmill quilt blocks. I made the entire afghan on my Addi Express Professional Knitting Machine.
I have made most of the strips for my May Afghan! Now I must make the rest of the strips, assemble them, and work an edging to finish the afghan.
I love yarn shopping. But of course, I don’t know of any knitter or crocheter who doesn’t! One of my favorite stores to shop for yarn is Hobby Lobby. I am always drawn to all of the unique colors and prints available in Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn, so I chose to use it (again) in an afghan. Watch the video below to see my color choices…
