Embellish your next project with Tassels! These are quick and easy to make, and can be used in many DIY projects.

Tassels are some of my favorite embellishments, especially for knitted and crocheted projects.  I plan to attach these to the corners of my next crocheted blanket, but they can also be added to jewelry, pillows, bags, clothing, key chains, and many home decor items.

I like my tassels nice and fluffy, so I wrapped the yarn many times to achieve a full, fluffy look.  If you want a thinner tassel, just don’t wrap the yarn around as many times.  These can be made from yarn of any weight category, and from many other types of string as well.

I added tassels to my Watercolor Skies Afghan, as well as my Peaceful Moments Afghan.
