Here’s how it works:

Join The Community:

This crochet-along is happening inside The Yay For Yarn Community, our private, exclusive membership community that will help you make crafty friends, gain more confidence in your craft, and have more fun with knitting & crochet!

You can start out with a 7-day free trial to check things out.  After that, it’s just $7 per month.  Inside the Community, you’ll get exclusive member discounts and benefits, and the opportunity to share your love of yarn crafts with others in a private, clean, drama-free environment.  (Learn more about The Yay For Yarn Community here.)

Get The Pattern:

Once you’re inside the Community, you’ll just need to grab the Daisy Tee crochet pattern to make the project.  You can view the free version of the pattern here, or grab the ad-free PDF version of the pattern here.

Start Participating In The Crochet-Along:

This is a casual crochet-along, so there are no hard and fast deadlines.  The crochet-along schedule is a guidelines to follow along with, but you don’t need to stress about finishing by a certain date.  The important thing is to have fun making the project!

We’ll start each week of the crochet-along on a Monday, with a particular task or section of the project to work on each week.

You can post photos of your progress each week (not absolutely required, but makes it more fun), and you’re welcome to ask questions if you like.

Crochet-Along Timeline:

  • Week 1 (March 14-20): Yarn selection & Gauge Swatches
  • Weeks 2 & 3 (March 21-April 3): Crocheting the Front Panel
  • Weeks 4 & 5 (April 4-17): Crocheting the Back Panel
  • Week 6 (April 18-24): Blocking & Assembly (Sewing Front & Back Panels Together)

You’ll get to work on your tee together with other crafters, and share your progress and finished projects with each other.

And by the end of these 6 weeks, you’ll have a finished Daisy Tee to wear all spring and summer long!
